He was assigned to SEAL Team SIX in 1985 acting as lead diver, breacher, and sniper. In 1993, Rick received the Silver Star for Valor during the Battle of Mogadishu (Black Hawk Down). He served as the training chief and lead sniper from 1993-2000. He then served as Deputy Operations Officer from 2001-2013, overseeing and managing numerous combat deployments post 9-11 of SEAL Team SIX personnel to Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and many other locations around the world
Rick serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Navy SEAL Museum San Diego in San Diego, California and National Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida; he lives in Vero Beach, Florida with his wife Barbara.

His sea tours have been at SEAL Team ONE, THREE and EIGHT, Naval Special Warfare Unit TWO in Germany, and 18 years at SEAL Team SIX. He has conducted over 20 operational deployments to Asia, Europe, Africa, and Central America, with the majority in support of Afghanistan or Iraq combat operations.
His three Command Tours included Advanced Training Command; CDR, Combined Joint Special Operation Task Force – Iraq (CJSOTF-I 19-2), and his final command at NSW Leadership Education and Development (NLEAD) until retirement. CAPT Perry received the Legion of Merit (x2), Bronze Star (x5), Purple Heart and dozens of other personal, campaign and service awards during his lengthy career. In 2018 CAPT Perry received a master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College, Washington DC.
During these 40+ years in the U.S. Navy–and entire 39+ years in NSW–Todd’s wife Jackie has been along for the full ride, the longest serving NSW spouse in NSW’s 80-year history! Jackie raised three great kids during Todd’s 21 overseas deployments and countless training events across the country and around the globe and is now focused on helping with five grandkids.
Todd Perry is now proudly serving as the Executive Director of the Navy SEAL Museum San Diego, which will be built in Todd and Jackie’s hometown of San Diego.

Subsequent duty as a BUD/S instructor and at Defense Language Institute took him to SEAL Team FOUR and three deployments in South America, working with US Drug Enforcement until 1995. He then transitioned to SEAL Reserves while going to Chiropractic College, receiving his Doctorate in 2000. After 9/11/01, he mobilized to active duty and four deployments to the Middle East in support of US foreign policy.
Retiring from the Navy in 2011 as a Chief Warrant Officer, Lance lives in San Diego with his wife Michele and their 14-year-old. twins. Lance serves as the Navy SEAL Museum San Diego Capital Campaign Director, and conducts adventure fundraising events for the Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Don McClure has dedicated his life to service to both for-profit and non-profit institutions. After completeing his undergraduate studies at Saint Francis University, Don attended law school until he was called to active military duty. He later completed graduate work in finance at the Tuck Business School at Dartmouth.
Mr. McClure became active in the wireless telecom business with the advent of cellular service in the United States in 1985. He is the former Chair and Co-CEO of a national service provider that operates in 39 states. This company was sold to a Fortune 100 company in 2000. As founder and CEO, Don manages The McClure Group, Inc. in a variety of private investments. He sits on several private company boards and has served as the Lead Director with a publicaly traded financial services firm for almost a decade.
Mr. McClure’s community service has primarily focused on education, both at the secondary and college level. He is a retired Chair of Trustees at his alma mater. He was elected to the Ocean Reef Community Association and North Key Largo Utility Corporation Boards in 2009 and served as Chairman through April 2015.
He has overseen operations as a commercial grape grower at his McClure Family Vineyard since 2005. Additionally, Don operates Maryland Vineyard Management, which provides viticulture services to 25 Maryland wineries and vineyards.
Mr. McClure has actively served the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum and its developing Navy SEAL Museum San Diego since 2013. He resides as Chairman of the West Coast Board, serves as a member of the National Executive Committee, and remains an invaluable asset as a Board Member of the Fort Pierce, Florida Museum. Don has been at the forefront of several Museum fundraising endeavors nationwide.
Natives of Maryland, Don and his wife of 54 years, Charlene, spend their summer months on a family farm and vineyard in North Central Maryland. They now call Vero Beach, Florida their home the rest of the year. The McClure family includes three sons and a daughter, with the blessings of ten grandchildren.

After 9 years as President, Kim took on a new role as VP of Communications, Outreach and Philanthropy at the same organization. In that position, her immediate goal was to build a first-time communications department. Under Kim’s leadership her team created Eskaton’s first-ever Brand Message – Age is Beautiful! As Kim would later say, “Age is Beautiful” is a legacy that will be with the organization for years to come.
After living in Sacramento for over 25 years, Kim and her husband Charles set out on a new adventure landing in Carlsbad, CA. Kim is a Master Gardner, loves to play golf, and spend time on the beach.
